Scott Church

ScottChurchBWScott Church is a part-time instructor in the Department of Communications and the Theatre and Media Arts departments at Brigham Young University and a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Communication Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research emphases are primarily the rhetorical and cultural dimensions of digital media and popular texts. Additionally, Scott has researched and presented papers on popular music, video games, aesthetics, and remix. Scott has taught at the university level for six years, having taught courses in Mass Communication and Society, Popular Culture, Public Discourse, Public Speaking, Music and Communication, and Business and Professional Communication.
